SMALL GROUP TRAINING
2-4 people pushing and motivating each other through the training session! With small group training the benefits range from still having the 1 ON 1 EXPERIENCE and guidance (correcting technique) AND the sweating, fun, BOOT CAMP style of INTENSITY! Train with your friends, your significant other, or your whole family!

Sessions are 45-60 minutes. This time will include the following:

Sessions sometimes run over the 45 minute mark to complete depending on what we are working on for the day.​

Answering questions at the beginning or end of the sessions.

Weekly check-ins on the InBody Scanner to analyze results and adjust nutrition accordingly to stay on track towards your goals.

Focused time on warming up properly (think correcting posture with foam rolling, mobility work, flexibility work, and re-training dormant muscles in order to start feeling like your young self again!)

High Fives and Fist Bumps when you get done killing the workout!

Goal Specific Programs (program changes as your body changes to continue seeing progress)

Nutritional guidance and accountability

Grocery list breakdown of carbs, fiber, protein, & fats
